Social Media Content Manager
We are looking for a social media content manager to join our firm in Salt Lake City. This person is the right hand to the Marketing Director and will assist in: content strategy, daily Instagram and Pinterest scheduling, creating video content, and writing copy for captions and our Substack. This person has a keen understanding of the W Design voice and a love for all things interior design. Experience in design is a plus but not required.
Location
Our office is located in Holladay, Utah. Applicants must be in the area (or be willing to relocate) and must be in office Monday-Thursday.
Compensation
This position is flexible on hours and compensation is dependent upon experience. 2+ years of experience is ideal.
Primary Responsibilities
respond to our social media community (on Instagram, Pinterest, and Substack) daily
create engaging captions for Instagram daily
create helpful reels on Instagram once a week
schedule daily Pinterest pins
assist in writing insightful blog posts for our Substack community weekly
help project manage / implement other marketing avenues

Project Manager
We are seeking a project manager to join our firm in Salt Lake City. Experience in design or construction is a plus but not required (this is not a design position). The project manager is the right hand for the lead designer on a project and helps execute and follow through on logistics of design decisions and keep projects on track. They also assist with client communication and day to day tasks associated with the projects they are assigned to.
Location
Our office is located in Holladay, Utah. Applicants must be in the area (or be willing to relocate) and must be in office Monday-Thursday.
Compensation
This is a full-time position (at least 36 hours) and compensation is dependent upon experience.
Primary Responsibilities
communication with builder and client as needed
pricing and spec sheets expert across design teams, coordinates with the teams to ensure that designs and selections match and that pricing is as accurate as possible
keeping track of project timelines and running project management alongside assigned teams
helping invoice clients and keeping track of what has been invoiced
site visits and meetings as requested and project management on site
ensures that the build team is fully up to date and has everything they need to execute on the designs
assisting on installs when requested

Lead Interior Designer
We are seeking a part-time lead designer with 4+ years experience to join our firm. The applicant must have experience and knowledge regarding all stages of custom construction and great taste.
Location
Our office is located in Holladay, Utah. Applicants must be in the area (or be willing to relocate).
Compensation
This is a part-time position (25-30 hours). Compensation is dependent upon experience.
