We are seeking a part-time Personal and Executive Assistant to join our team in Salt Lake City. This is not a design role, but a dynamic position that supports both the business and personal needs of our founder and principal designer, Marianne, as well as our design firm and product line, W.D.C. Home.
Personal & Executive Assistant
Role Overview
The role will be divided across three areas of support:
W.D.C. Home (Product Line)
- Oversee ordering and logistics
- Manage sample execution
- Coordinate with our workshop daily
- Track customer orders and shipments
- Provide support and communication
-Collaborate with The Expert team to ensure fulfillment and inventory
Design Firm
- Manage and maintain the materials library
- Run business-related errands
- Oversee office operations (stocking groceries, supplies, etc.)
- Organize and send client gifts
Personal Support to Marianne
- Assist with personal and household tasks
- Manage her personal and professional calendar
- Help coordinate and track daily priorities
- Run personal errands as needed
Location Requirements
This position is based in our office located in Holladay, Utah. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate, and must be available to work in-office Monday through Thursday.
Hours & Compensation
This is a part-time role, requiring 20–25 hours per week. Compensation will be based on experience.
