Our event space is located in our office at 2408 Kentucky Ave in Holladay. The main event space is 1000 square feet with its own entrance + a folding glass door and patio for both indoor and outdoor entertaining. We designed the space with a neutral color palette and details that would be the perfect backdrop for wedding dinners, showers, pop ups, art strolls, photoshoots, corporate events, and any other small gatherings.

Rental Details:

• Rentals include access to two bathrooms and a kitchen/prep area.

• Chairs for up to 60 guests are included, as well as 10 tables (28”x72”), and linens for the tables (an additional setup fee is required for tables/linens). Any other rentals must be arranged by the renter through a 3rd party rental service. The space comfortably fits between 48-60 guests seated at tables.

• The building has a free parking lot with 13 available spaces and limited street parking (additional parking can be arranged by contacting us directly).

• Our space is available weekdays after 5pm and Friday-Sunday all day. If your desired rental period is outside of our standard hours, please let us know in your inquiry.

*Alcohol may be served at private, invitation-only events. However, if your event includes ticketed admission or the sale of alcohol, additional permits may be required and must comply with local and state laws.
