Project Coordinator

We are looking for a part-time project coordinator to join our team in Salt Lake City. This is not a design position, but prior experience in the design industry is a plus. This role is ideal for someone who’s highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities for this position include:
-Managing and assisting with spec sheets
-Ordering and organizing samples
-Prepping materials for client and team meetings
-Assisting with installs
-Supporting project managers and procurement specialist
-Tracking and assisting with inventory of goods warehoused on-site
-Helping with general office tasks

This role is a great opportunity to work in a creative environment while focusing on organization, logistics, and team support.

Location

Our office is located in Holladay, Utah. Applicants must be in the area (or be willing to relocate).

Compensation

This position is part time (20-25 hrs) and compensation is dependent upon experience. Industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Lead Interior Designer

We are seeking a full time lead designer with 4+ years experience to join our firm. The applicant must have experience and knowledge regarding all stages of custom construction and great taste.

Location

Junior Designer

We are seeking a designer with 2+ years of experience to join our firm. We are looking for someone who has knowledge about both construction and furniture and an eye for timeless design details.

Candidates must have experience drawing elevations and cabinet drawings, creating furniture plans, communicating with clients and contractors, creating spec sheets, and general project management. We are a collaborative firm where a lot of trust is given to everyone so we value someone who takes initiative, but we also support and offer any training needed.
